Support

If something is uncomfortable, damaged, leaking, or simply not right for your skin, stop using the product and reach out. Beta 4 should feel considered and low-pressure.

A full refund is available if you try the product and decide you do not want to continue using it.

Support path

Keep support practical: product name, batch number if available, date received, and a plain description of what happened.

Discomfort

Stop use. Note the product, date, amount used, and what you noticed. Reach out promptly so the issue can be handled carefully.

Damaged product

If a bottle arrives leaking, damaged, or visibly changed, keep the packaging if possible and send a photo. A replacement or refund can be arranged.

Refund

If you decide not to continue using Beta 4, a full refund is available. No one should feel pressure to keep using something that is not right for their skin.

Routine questions

Ask about ingredients, order of use, SPF or makeup layering, storage, or which bottle makes the most sense to begin with.
