Feedback

Use the Beta 4 feedback form after you have spent a little time with the product in real conditions. Observations are more useful than conclusions.

The most useful notes are plain: what you used, how much, when you used it, how it felt after settling, how it felt later, and whether it belonged naturally in the day.

The form should stay focused on use, comfort, product quality, and practical fit. It should not make beta feedback sound like clinical evidence.

Start small, especially with PRIMA and NIGHT SERUM.

EQUILIBRIUM SERUM is the gentlest place to begin. PRIMA and NIGHT SERUM contain actives, so start them slowly and increase only if your skin feels comfortable.
